The Phoenix Shot Tower known as the Old Baltimore Shot Tower, is operated by the Carroll Museums. The tower stopped producing shot, was built by Jacob Wolfe. The Shot Tower is the outstanding example of four, is to the open, public offering tours, every Saturday, is at the located southeast corner of Fayette.
