New Bradwell - Edwardian era village

New Bradwell is an Edwardian era village, modern district, 150 years in the old. The village was called Stantonbury after the name, was served by Bradwell railway station on the defunct Wolverton. The area was than a more hamlet with 381 inhabitants. The railway company wanted to increase the size of Wolverton. The estate passed through several, different families over the centuries.
