Cheo Feliciano was a Puerto Rican composer, singer. Feliciano played percussion for Kako y su Trabuco orchestra, was a talented singer, auditioned became a Vocalist for the Joe Cuba Sextet and became a hit in Spain. Feliciano recorded another album of bolero music in 1990, Una Voz in 2000, Mil Recuerdos, participated in the first salsa opera Hommy. The album was recorded in Argentina with a band, was listed among the outstanding 20 recordings of the year. Puerto Rico Governor Alejandro Garcia Padilla declared three days of mourning.
