Benmont Tench - Keyboardist for Tom Petty

Tench played piano from an early age, loved to have the boys, appeared with the Watkins Family Hour at Largo and appears on the bill for a tribute. Tench served as a senior court judge for the 8th Judicial Circuit, had for the law, was born raised in Gainesville. Son Benmont Tench III is a keyboardist for Tom Petty. Daughter Darby Tench Leicht is an operatic singer, University professor. Mudcrutch became the band that most locals, recorded some tracks at Shelters Oklahoma studio. Tom had landed a recording contract with London records, recorded some songs with session players, wanted to be around the local music. Benmont went to school in New Orleans, has written songs for other artists, remembers going into Lipham Music. The recording included six seven songs including one song. The plan was to include Jeff Jourard, Mike Campbell.
